All you need is a decent blender some fresh or frozen strawberries, a whole banana, preferably in small frozen pieces, and your favorite strawberry yogurt! Now I also like to use organic stevia for my smoothies because I find it packs a large punch of sweetness without any of the calories or the guilt that goes with them!
Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 whole banana in frozen chunks
- 1 cup of your favorite strawberries in either fresh or frozen chunks
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- 1 tsp of stevia
- Pour your water into the blender first
- Then toss in your yogurt
- Put in your strawberries next
- Then add in your frozen banana chunks
- Blend until desired consistency
- Smoothie Time!
