  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 whole banana in frozen chunks
  • 3-4 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup non fat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed powder
  • 1 tsp of organic stevia for a natural 0 calorie sweetener
  1. Put in your filtered water into your blender first
  2. Then add in your greek yogurt
  3. Toss in your fresh strawberries
  4. Add in your frozen banana chunks and flaxseed powder next
