Now you can also use a supplement either in addition to the greek yogurt or as a replacement for dairy, but also remember you can use non dairy alternatives for yogurt too! You can use vegan friendly protein powders that are made organic and are sourced from rice and sprouts and are just as effective if not more so then whey based powders which are not really needed and are best avoided for optimum health. So here is a simple but poretin packe smoothie recipe for you to try out!


Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • 1 cup of non fat greek yogurt
  • 1 whole banana in frozen chunks
  • 2-3 handfuls of fresh organic spinach
  • 20 grams worth of your favorite protein supplement
  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tsp of organic stevia
  1. Pour your water in the blender first
  2. Then add in your greek yogurt
  3. Toss in your fresh spinach and frozen berries
  4. The add in your frozen banana chunks and stevia
  5. Put in the protein supplement
  6. Blend until liquified enough for easy drinking
  7. Smoothie Time!
